Returns and Exchanges - Liselle Beauty Products

All Sales Are Final and there are no refunds

After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the product for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 30 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged only if it is still under warranty. We will not accept the product if alterations or changes have been made. The product must be in the original state it was sent in. Please contact customer service at beauty@mylbp.com before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. Write your issue on the invoice so we can resolve your issue. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product or issue a store credit.  Any item returned is susceptible to a $45 restocking fee. Liselle Beauty Products reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice.
